Egbert arrived early. He was thorough, explained everything clearly, was forthright and honest about what he could and could not do for me. I found him to be professional and personable. A written report was provided promptly and questions answered quickly in the following days. Egbert seems to enjoy and take pride in his job. He also tells jokes and will eat pie. Highly recommend.

Egbert was excellent explaining the real risks and issues on the loft we intend to buy. As newcomers to Canada, we didn't know how inspections work and Egbert was very educational.
