Diamond Home Inspection

asked Egbert to do a home ispection of a property we were planning to purchase - he was extremely accomodating as far as expediting the process and was very thorough. A very detailed report was in our hands within 24 hours -could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and enjoyed working with this personable young fellow- he really knows his stuff!!

I would gladly recommend Egbert for anyone who needs an inspection in his service area. He is very personable and very knowledgable. He was able to point out items that were just regular maintenance items and those that needed attention. He was very thorough. He reassured us regarding a couple of items that we had concerns about and pointed out some other areas that could use with some attention to reduce the chance of heat loss. What had seemed to us to be a nicely renovated home turned out to be a real lemon. The nice looking renovations were covering up a lot of problems. He never dissuaded use from buying the house but he explained that we could look forward lots of renovating in the future. "Nothing time and money can't fix" he'd say. Not wanting to pour money to fixing up an old house, we decided not to buy. We are thankfully for Egbert's honestly and professionalism. He saved us from a lot of grief.
