We recently purchased a home that had a reverse osmosis system as well as a water softener, and I did not have any experience with either. Over a holiday weekend I submitted the form on the Watermart website asking for information on maintenance for these systems. First thing the next business day Donna gives me a call, explains everything, provided me with maintenance brochures for both systems, and sets me up for a maintenance call in 2 days. A great start!
George arrived onsite and did a fantastic job. He took his time to answer my questions, optimize the settings on the softener, and proceeded to sterilize and change the filters on the reverse osmosis system. He even made the tubing neater and mounted the system to the side of the cabinet to give us more room under the sink. I was extremely satisfied, and the price was very reasonable.
Over the course of the next few days I noticed a very minor leak on two of the fittings for the reverse osmosis system (not a Watermart system). I sent Donna a quick email, Mike got on a call with me to troubleshoot, and in the end George was able to come by the same day and correct the issue within 10 minutes, and at no charge. Mike followed up a few days later to ensure I was completely satisfied.
From start to finish the experience with Watermart was excellent. It is rare to find a company that is easy to communicate with, does outstanding work, charges a reasonable fee, stands behind their service, and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. I will be their client for life!
