I can't say enough good things about my experience with WaterMart. I spent endless hours researching water softeners and non-salt alternatives, as my original plan was to buy and install myself or possibly rent. I was quite familiar with the varying costs of purchase and rental but in the end I decided against doing it myself and I found WaterMart on HomeStars. Fantastic ratings over several hundred reviews so I was confident they were a good choice. They did not let me down. Donna was fantastic. Gave me an estimate immediately over the phone that I thought was quite reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised the figure she gave me included installation and tax. There was never any pressure to commit or any attempt to cross sell a lot of add-ons. In the end the final invoice was actually a little less than the original estimate! Great communication up to install. They follow up after to make sure you're satisfied. Ken was the installer. Extremely nice man. Polite and professional. Explained everything very thoroughly. The install was neat and tidy. He left nothing behind. Took all cut pipes, pieces, trash etc with him because I did not even see it in the garbage can which I put right by the install location. All in all I am very happy with the product and the service. I am especially appreciative of their professionalism and that they care about your satisfaction. Great job!

Ken showed up on time for the scheduled installation.
He was professional and knowledgeable. Before the job, he clearly explained what was going to do. After he finished, he explained what I need to be aware of in the future. The work was very clean, and the piping are easy to follow.
Overall I’m very satisfied with the work, would definitely recommend.
Worth mentioning he wore mask, and had shoes off during the installation.

We were reluctant to have our filters changed because of the pandemic - we haven't really had anyone over all year! Zia arrived promptly, took all the precautions and we felt very safe the entire time. The work delivered by Watermart staff is always impeccable. Thank you for taking care of us!

As I am a new user of the existing two filtering systems at my new house, technician ZIA provided a nice job for me. He explained the working mechanism of the system clearly to me including functions of different parts and their maintenance needs and intervals. He performed his filter replacement jobs in careful and clean manner leaving no water stain behind him. He also recommended installation of minor improvement components for the system to work more securely.

Very good experience with this company, management and the way they explained and stood behind their product. Their technician (ZIA) that did my installation was also very good and on time and efficient.

As I was looking to buy a Berkey purification system (which is a highly reputable and well-reviewed standalone purification system), I called Berkey (manufactor) and asked for the list of their distributors in Toronto, to which Berkey provided me with Watermart's contact information. I then purchased a Berkey water purification system and Berkey shower filtration system from Watermart. When I needed assistance to prime the water purification filters before using and was having a difficult time, Watermart's team went out of their way to help me during the Christmas holidays.

Made arrangements to install a water softener. Quote was reasonable. They actually came to install it 2 days after the call when someone else cancelled which was a delight.

Ken came and was pretty efficient with his installation. Clean and tidy, and took his time to explain everything. Worked with me to do some additions to add bypasses to my water system which he was really patient with.

Only wish is that with a PEX system, that the company better types of fittings or at least options to pay for the type of fitting you want.

Watermart had reasonable prices compared to other competitiors, and I was happy with the company from the moment I spoke to Donna at sales. She was very genuine and helpful and she give me more than option without necessarily trying to sell me a more over-priced unit or solution if it didn't meet my requirements. I was able to book an appointment promptly and the technician Zia arrived on time and he worked to install the whole home filtration system + the water leak detector and shutoff (Flo by Moen) + drinking water multi stage system with fluoride filter and UV light. Zia was polite, neat, and did an excellent job.

Overall I'm very happy so far, and their annual maintenance cost is also reasonable (they will call to remind you when the water filters are due for a change).
