Water Softener Purchase and Install

I can't say enough good things about my experience with WaterMart. I spent endless hours researching water softeners and non-salt alternatives, as my original plan was to buy and install myself or possibly rent. I was quite familiar with the varying costs of purchase and rental but in the end I decided against doing it myself and I found WaterMart on HomeStars. Fantastic ratings over several hundred reviews so I was confident they were a good choice. They did not let me down. Donna was fantastic. Gave me an estimate immediately over the phone that I thought was quite reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised the figure she gave me included installation and tax. There was never any pressure to commit or any attempt to cross sell a lot of add-ons. In the end the final invoice was actually a little less than the original estimate! Great communication up to install. They follow up after to make sure you're satisfied. Ken was the installer. Extremely nice man. Polite and professional. Explained everything very thoroughly. The install was neat and tidy. He left nothing behind. Took all cut pipes, pieces, trash etc with him because I did not even see it in the garbage can which I put right by the install location. All in all I am very happy with the product and the service. I am especially appreciative of their professionalism and that they care about your satisfaction. Great job!

It is such a great thing for us to hear as a team that someone spent "endless hours" doing research to finally choose us - and then to be totally satisfied with the results. As a policy we include installation and tax in all of our quotes. It is also a policy that we never try to up-sell anything. If it doesn't fit the customer's needs then it shouldn't be sold. More money right now is not usually good long-term business. Ken is our head technician and he is also a pleasure to work with. He does take real pride in his work. Even if this was not part of our policy I know he would do the same job regardless. I am very happy to hear that you are happy with both the product and service.
