I have tried to call and leave messages for this company with no response. The unit was installed incorrectly with improper gas line work. There is a gas line leak at the fireplace and I cannot run the unit. Mike does not respond or care about his customers... He took the money and ran... Typical buyer beware situation. Do not trust this company if you are worried for the health or safety of your family. I have to now pay for another company to fix the mess that mike made in my home.

Mike the owner installed a gas fireplace for us. When it came time to finish the project he never came back. He seemed like a nice guy, and we made the mistake of paying in full right away. After numerous attempts to reach him, he never replied. We left multiple phone messages, emails and text messages. Not returning to finish the job and not returning any calls to speak with the customer is just unprofessional. We paid for a service and for parts that we didn't get. We were left with a gas fireplace with no way to turn it on.

This was the fourth house I have renovated and this was by far my worst experience with a contractor.
I definitely would not recommend using this company or Mike. In fact would suggest to stay away. Avoid the headaches. It was because of that experience I will never pay in full up front again. It's hard to trust contractors after having gone through this.

Mike, the owner of the company has been servicing our furnace and air conditioning for several years. He is dependable, reliable and always gives us solid information on maintaining our heating & cooling system. Repairs when required are done right without any need for callbacks.

I would recommend Mike to anyone I know.
