Brian and his team did a great job for us with some renovations needed in our offices. He was accommodating with his timing and work schedule. He's always pleasant and professional in his dynamic with others. We've used him on other projects in past and will continue to do so in future.

This was our first major renovation on our first home. Suffice it to say, we didn't want to leave anything to chance and we spent quite a bit of time doing our research in order to pick the right GC. We went through about 6 interviews with different people, and in the end chose Brian of Andaloro Construction.

We feel that we couldn't have found a better company to work with, given that it is a huge leap of faith to give any company/individual our life savings and more, trusting that they will **properly** build us the home that we envisioned.

We really picked up on Brian's attention to detail during our initial meetings, and it really shows in the finished product. Brian also has a great eye for design, and we leaned on his experience when making all sorts of decisions relating to finishings.

As our renovation included replacing half our roof, underpinning, and water management (our house in on an underground tributary) - Brian wasn't willing to cut any corners and made sure that we were always in the loop.

From the start, Brian and his entire team were communicative, responsive, and professional. We had difficult neighbours to deal with on both sides, and Brian worked with us to guide us through the process both with the neighbours and city permits. We don't know if we would have come through the entire process in one piece, if not for Brian and his team (and a little hand holding from time to time).

Even though our renovation was completed over a year ago, Brian is still very much accessible and reachable, and he has been back to take care of any small concerns that we have had in a timely fashion.

We would highly recommend Andaloro Construction. In fact, we are planning on working with Brian again to finish our basement.

Andaloro worked with our kitchen cabinet company and handled the flooring, plumbing, electrical, drywall patching, painting and tiling for kitchen, powder, living and dining rooms. Work was very well done on a timely basis. Extras were required and were reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Brian and his work crew.

Brian Andaloro built us a large, single story/full basement addition to our (previously) small house. Right from our initial meeting Brian showed impeccable attention to detail, consummate professionalism and absolute concern for doing it right. And when we encountered the inevitable hiccup and delay, Brian was right there to make it right and keep the things on track. Throughout the project a contractor friend checked every step of Brian's work and was throughly impressed with his level of craftsmanship and detail. Brian was also instrumental in solving design and execution problems that had many others stumped. The addition is joined to the existing house through an open concept kitchen and, as such, required extensive shoring to keep everything in place until the structure was complete. I'm happy to report that there wasn't a single crack in the bathroom tile. We were also impressed with
Brian's team and sub trades. All exhibited the same level of professionalism and attention to detail. We have already recommended Andaloro Construction several times and will continue to do so.

Brian and his team renovated our entire house and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. It was a full job, nearly a new build. Everything was well thought out and executed. When a hiccup did occur, Brian took ownership and handled the situation. Overall, everything is holding up 3 years later, and we would recommend Andaloro for any home repair.

We had a very complicated and challenging renovation to do that very few contractors were willing to take on. From the beginning, Brian Andaloro demonstrated that he had the expertise and the confidence to take on the challenge. We found Brian to be fair, personable and intelligent - particularly when it came to finding solutions for our complex renovation. I contacted Andaloro Construction on the advice of my real estate agent, who recommended them highly. The project was to add a bedroom, 3-piece bath and walk-in closet over my garage. The crew - particularly Brian and his foreman, Phil, were first-rate: professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. If it took a bit longer than originally planned to complete the work (not of their doing), the wait was worth it. The result is a beautiful functional addition to my East York bungalow.

Brian and his team are a skilled professionals with impeccable attention to detail. I hired Andaloro Construction to renovate my loft bathroom and the project included some intricate wainscoting, vanity installation, plumbing and marble tile work. The level of craftsmanship was second to none. They managed the project from end to end with my own painter and electrician to get the job done to my complete satisfaction and high standards.
