We obtained Brian's number from a neighbour, and gave him a call to make an appointment.
After listening to what we thought we wanted, and realizing that would be way over our budget ,Brian gave us some suggestions to reduce costs, which we agreed with.

We contacted Brian as he was highly recommended by our neighbour. Our initial meeting was extremely helpful as we had no idea how to get things started and if what we wanted done was even possible. He spent a lot of time going over first steps prior to signing any contract. He even discussed options we didnt know was possible. He was honest and thorough in his initial assessment, he was not trying to overpromise or oversell us with what can be done with the budget we have in mind. We are so happy we picked his company to work with.

Brian, Anthony, Noah, and their subcontractors were professionals. They were respectful of our place, patient with our questions, paid close attention to details, and kept the site clean at all times. We can see how hard they work to get everything completed in time without cutting corners. They were trustworthy and very pleasant to work with. I appreciate the high level of craftsmanship that was evident in all their work.

Brians expertise at problem solving was obvious from the beginning. Weve encountered unforeseen issues and he made sure we understood the problem and provided us with solutions. He was an excellent communicator and was readily available for questions and discussions. He was fair in his pricing and everything is discussed and documented so there were no big surprises with cost. We are impressed by his honesty and accountability.

The completed basement, living room, mudroom and ensuite is absolutely beautiful and so much better than what we envisioned. We look forward to working with Brian and his team again for future renovations and we would happily recommend them to everyone looking to renovate their space.

We recently did a complete top-to-bottom renovation of our home, and met with 4 different companies including Andaloro Construction and Design prior to starting. Brian's expertise and attention to detail was evident right from the start, and we're grateful we chose to go with his company. Our designer had also worked with him in the past and highly recommended him. We can't say enough good things about Brian and his team. They don't cut corners, their work is of high quality, and they are of high integrity. They bring in a great group of trades with whom they have a long relationship with, and you can trust their work. They turned what could have been a stressful process into a positive experience for us. All sorts of issues come up during a reno, and the most important thing is finding people that you can trust and problem solve with. Brian and his team don't disappoint.

The renovation was basically a complete gut job, and included everything from a brand new kitchen, 4 bathrooms (including a spa-like master bathroom), changing the layout, adding new windows, re-doing floors, ceilings, walls, finishing the basement, re-routing of plumbing and HVAC vents, re-insulating all around the house, new trim, stairs, carpentry, and everything else that goes along with a project of this magnitude. Brian noticed and fixed structural issues along the way, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They could handle it all, and we always felt like we were in good hands.

We ended up with a beautiful and functional home, and one that we know has been built with excellent craftsmanship. Everyone comments on how well everything has been built, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. We can't imagine working with any other team after this experience - they were exceptional.

Brian and his team did a great job finishing our basement after it was underpinned/waterproofed by another contractor. Brian took over our basement project once underpinning and waterproofing was completed, though he had been involved from the head start coordinating with the underpinning team to ensure the best outcome and advising us on the decisions that needed to be made. Brian is very transparent and easy to communicate with. Him and his team always kept construction site clean and organized and ensured that our daily life is not disturbed. Our basement renovation was completed on time and on budget. Will definitely hire Brian again and will recommend him to others!

Brian and his team helped us with re-insulating our home. They recommended a fantastic home insulation company, and coordinated with them so that the attic hatch, porch ceiling/soffit could be all completed on time. Brian and Anthony were extremely respectful of our home; they always cleaned up the debris afterwards, and even advised on a few odd jobs around the house (e.g. light fixtures and windows). We are so thrilled with their services that we are now scoping out additional work for the exterior of our house!

Committing to a reno takes a leap of faith. Brian understands this and quickly works to establish the trust required to keep stress levels low. Hes honest, reliable and a great communicator. There are no surprises. His team is lovely too, highly skilled, professional and friendly. We live in an narrow Victorian semi so width and height were a top priority as was storage. Andaloro Construction met every challenge, came up with creative solutions and delivered a gorgeous product all within time and budget. We love our new space!

We contacted Brian on the recommendation of a friend who had recently completed renovations to her home with him. From the get go, Brian was genial, collaborative, and helpful in defining our vision for our two-storey gut and reno project. He and his team were a delight to work it; they were respectful of our space and prompt in responding to any questions (special shout out to Anthony, who was an absolute pleasure to have in our home). It felt like a bit of a leap of faith given the scope of the project - both in terms of cost and also the fact that this is our home - but we were in great hands and the reno turned out beautifully. We are still working through some final items which we have sadly had to delay due to COVID, but we are very much looking forward to closing out the project with Brian and his amazing team.

Brian and his team did a fantastic job finishing up our basement bathroom. Communication was great and the work was done with great precision and care. Would highly recommend and am looking forward to working with him again on a larger project.
