We contacted Brian as he was highly recommended by our neighbour. Our initial meeting was extremely helpful as we had no idea how to get things started and if what we wanted done was even possible. He spent a lot of time going over first steps prior to signing any contract. He even discussed options we didnt know was possible. He was honest and thorough in his initial assessment, he was not trying to overpromise or oversell us with what can be done with the budget we have in mind. We are so happy we picked his company to work with. Brian, Anthony, Noah, and their subcontractors were professionals. They were respectful of our place, patient with our questions, paid close attention to details, and kept the site clean at all times. We can see how hard they work to get everything completed in time without cutting corners. They were trustworthy and very pleasant to work with. I appreciate the high level of craftsmanship that was evident in all their work. Brians expertise at problem solving was obvious from the beginning. Weve encountered unforeseen issues and he made sure we understood the problem and provided us with solutions. He was an excellent communicator and was readily available for questions and discussions. He was fair in his pricing and everything is discussed and documented so there were no big surprises with cost. We are impressed by his honesty and accountability. The completed basement, living room, mudroom and ensuite is absolutely beautiful and so much better than what we envisioned. We look forward to working with Brian and his team again for future renovations and we would happily recommend them to everyone looking to renovate their space.
