We got quotes from other companies but they said I would have to dismantle my deck and move my AC unit myself. Stephen was great, his guys dug under the deck, moved the AC unit and fixed the leak. Great job from a reputable company. Thank you.

We chose Stephen because his company primary business is waterproofing. It is not a side gig like for some landscapers we "interviewed". Everything was done just the way we thought a 10 star Homestars company would do this.
It is a messy job and the guys did everything to minimize the dirt considering how hard it was raining in the beginning of April. The crew went the extra mile replacing the patio door studs with concrete (don't quote me on technical details) that came from the outside into the basement. They were rotten and were causing a major water leak. All issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Great job! Thank you!

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs waterproofing. They did an incredible job, worked hard and even worked Sundays. We had our job done in November 2012 and there were some cold days and these guys were working til 7:30 and 8:00. We are extremely happy with the service we received and at a very reasonable price. Some companies quoted us double the price we paid.

I am writing to share with you how happy and satisfied my wife and I are with the wonderful and professional work that your boys did at our home. The waterproofer.ca is a great company that offers integrity and high quality work. Many today run into bad contractors that do terrible work and do not care about their customer...this is what I went through unfortunately...what a horrible nightmare we had to endure. We received a fly by night job and they cut every possible corner in order to put more money in their pocket...when they were done, water was still coming into our home and they were not willing to correct their deficiencies. What an unprofessional and non caring company we had to deal with.

After my thorough investigation on the internet, I found the waterproofer.ca and I was pleased to see all the nice testimonials that were on the site. I made a call, Stephen came over to see me and he left a fine impression on me. The crew soon came over and started the work...from day to day I observed their fine, professional work and I was so happy to see that all was being corrected. We hired Stephen and his team for an exterior foundation waterproofing job on our semi-detached that was built in the 30s. Stephen delivered in all the ways that count: true to budget and timing, a strong and patient communicator (he even shared photos of the work they did that we wouldn't see once the work was done), and willing to follow-up after the job was done to make sure we were completely happy.
