We chose Stephen because his company primary business is waterproofing. It is not a side gig like for some landscapers we "interviewed". Everything was done just the way we thought a 10 star Homestars company would do this.
It is a messy job and the guys did everything to minimize the dirt considering how hard it was raining in the beginning of April. The crew went the extra mile replacing the patio door studs with concrete (don't quote me on technical details) that came from the outside into the basement. They were rotten and were causing a major water leak. All issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Great job! Thank you!
