The experience of working with Stephen Ksiazek and his company The Waterproofer was excellent from the sense of urgency in responding to my initial call to the completion of the job ahead of the proposed schedule. Stephen is a true professional. From his initial meeting with us reviewing our moisture issues in the basement to the final follow up to check the improvement he was top notch all the way through. We were referred to Stephen through our real estate agent. Stephen responded to my email in less than 4 hours and the next day was at our place completing a thorough assessment of our water issues. Luckily for us, he was able to squeeze our job in before a 'big project' and in less than a week since initial contact, we were high and dry! The crew worked professionally and in one day dug, repaired, filled and even replaced MORE than our original unilock paving. Thanks again for a great professional job!

After coming back from our vacation this past March we were shocked to find our already finished and carpeted basement had a leak. Before making a decision, we called four different companies to assess the situation. The Waterproofer was the obvious choice for their customer service, prompt response, and fair price.
After a thorough examination of our basement, Steve identified where the leak was coming from and his suggestions were very realistic and up to the point. The other three companies told us we needed to do and replace many things that were not really necessary and when questioned about these, their answers were pretty vague and sounded condescending.
When The Waterproofers finished the job we couldn't be happier about our choice. They completed the job on time, on budget, cleaned up everything and were a pleasure to deal with.
