I originally found out about Baydoun Appliances through Homestars and if I had not had the opportunity to work with Mark I would have had some major setbacks with my renovation project. I had purchased thousands of dollars in high end floor models which I thought would have had all the necessary parts...what I received was quite the opposite. Customer service for this particular appliance company would not return calls or emails. Thankfully Mark came to the rescue, he was able to source the necessary parts in a very short period of time, and he also provided me with some valuable lessons when purchasing floor model appliances. Mark was also able to make me a stainless steel vent cover and exhaust at a reasonable price as well. Mark always made himself available for me even though he is extremely busy. He would return my phone calls within the hour if I had any concerns. I will only use Baydoun Appliances for any of my future projects and I have recommended Mark to my friends and family.

Mark was amazing. Simply put. Last time I had a new kitchen installed I purchased an install package through my appliance store and was unhappy with the results. This time I decided to find my own contractor and read the great reviews for Baydoun. I'm so happy to have found this company. He installed a fridge with water filter, double drawer dishwasher, wall oven and microwave combo, gas cooktop, vent hood and washer and dryer incl. rigid venting.

Mark is efficient, his prices are fair and he explains everything clearly. He is also very pleasant to deal with and really cares about his customers. When I had what I thought was an issue with the washer (which turned out to be a simple matter of another trade having turned the water valve off and not turning it back on), Mark came right away after hours to resolve it and didn't charge for the visit. He will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy and your appliances are installed and functioning properly.

We had a great experience using a Homestars listing company when we installed new flooring. Last week we needed a new dishwasher installed and contacted Mark based on his excellent user reviews. Two very big thumbs up for Mark. He came on time, installed the dishwasher as we expected, was courteous and was reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Mark came into remove our dishwasher and install a new one. Should have been simple, but he had to correct the work from the previous installation with new plumbing. The new dishwasher was longer than the older one and was sticking out, so he was able to move plumbing so that it could fit.
In addition also provided great customer service, as quick to answer calls and questions.

Mr Baydoun was very helpful with my dishwasher installation. We went out of his way to find a valve for my old plumbing that he normally doesn't keep with him! He was prompt and kind. I would definitely recommend him.

Mark was punctual and efficient and courteous. He explained the problem with our previous dishwasher and did a thorough job on the installation.
He was only to happy to look around and give us advise on future renovation questions we asked.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Mark and his team. They were asked to install a gas range and replace the existing under cabinet 6" vent hood with a chimney hood that had a larger 8" vent. Mark is a perfectionist. He took his time to ensure the job was done right; no rushing off to fit another job in. He explained exactly what he was doing and why, patiently answering all my questions. The old vent hole was drywalled, insulated and capped. The Zephyr chimney hood installed perfectly level and centre on top of tile. The Thermador gas range was a free standing stove that if installed right would look like a slide-in and it does, thanks to Mark. They protected my counter and tile and cleaned up after they were done.

While he was working, Mark noticed my newly installed dishwasher wasn't level with my counter and insisted on checking it. He discovered that the plumbing and electrical were incorrectly installed and promptly fixed them both, saving me costly repairs in the future. Even though the unscheduled repair took him more than an hour Mark volunteered a very reasonable discount on the dishwasher repair since, he said, I hadn't actually asked him to repair it! I’d received other quotes and Marks was very reasonable; he also doesn’t charge travel time to your home as some companies do (as high as $95 per trip for some!!). I would highly recommend Mark and his team.

Mark and his team showed up punctually to remove our old GE dishwasher and install a new Bosch. They did a great job for a fair price and the new dishwasher works very well. I would not hesitate to call Mark again or recommend his services to others.

I would like to give my highest recommendation for Mark of Baydoun Appliances. We had a GE Profile Fridge with a leaking water line that was extremely difficult to access. Another service company had failed twice before to fix this problem. Mark was punctual, courteous and he really knew his stuff. It would have been easier for him to add a new piece that would take longer and cost more; instead he reached into a difficult area and cut his finger in the process. This is a family business and Mark takes great pride in his work and it shows. Thank you Mark.
