I was very impressed with the service provided by Mark and his team. They were asked to install a gas range and replace the existing under cabinet 6" vent hood with a chimney hood that had a larger 8" vent. Mark is a perfectionist. He took his time to ensure the job was done right; no rushing off to fit another job in. He explained exactly what he was doing and why, patiently answering all my questions. The old vent hole was drywalled, insulated and capped. The Zephyr chimney hood installed perfectly level and centre on top of tile. The Thermador gas range was a free standing stove that if installed right would look like a slide-in and it does, thanks to Mark. They protected my counter and tile and cleaned up after they were done.

While he was working, Mark noticed my newly installed dishwasher wasn't level with my counter and insisted on checking it. He discovered that the plumbing and electrical were incorrectly installed and promptly fixed them both, saving me costly repairs in the future. Even though the unscheduled repair took him more than an hour Mark volunteered a very reasonable discount on the dishwasher repair since, he said, I hadn't actually asked him to repair it! I’d received other quotes and Marks was very reasonable; he also doesn’t charge travel time to your home as some companies do (as high as $95 per trip for some!!). I would highly recommend Mark and his team.
