I called Matthew on Friday late afternoon over the long weekend, I had called a few other companies before him as my father who is an elderly man had no A/C as the system had broken down. No one was willing to assist but Matthew told me that he really wanted to help me out given it was the long weekend and worried for the health and safety of my father, as promised he was be able to come by that evening to repair the HVAC system at 7pm and stayed until 9pm until it was repaired and running properly. Matthew is a true gentleman and I look forward to using in the future

The company I had been using for the last 3 years had let me down when I called them to open my sprinklers and gave me a time frame of 3 weeks which was a complete joke. After going online and finding the great reviews on Tedot’s Finest Landscaping and Sprinklers I thought I would give them a call although I knew it might be at least a week or two before I could find someone. Ted picked up my call right away and said that he would do his best to help me out that day as he was working in the area. Ted called me back within an hour and came with two other gentleman 30 minutes later, this was incredible service! Ted walked me through the entire system and fixed one of the broken pipes I had in the back in a matter of minutes. Ted even walked me through which cycles I should be running my system on based on the type of grass I have and was extremely informative. I know who I’m going to call when I have to close my system.

I called Renato a couple of years ago to setup a central dehumidifier for the home I had just purchased and he left a lasting impression as his service and attention to detail was fantastic. As my furnace and A/C unit are approaching the 15 year mark my A/C unit finally had its day. I was under warranty with a protection plan with another company I won’t mention and they had a technician come to take a look at A/C unit and said the parts were unavailable because it was the weekend and so I decided to bite the bullet and make an invest into a new A/C the company gave me the run around not knowing when the install could happen etc and I also thought the price was high. I called Renato right away and told him the situation and that I had a 1.5 year old little girl and it was a sauna in the house. Rentato gave me an incredible price and was able to install on a Sunday! When I told my family he installed on a Sunday they were in shock and asked if he charged an additional fee, no he did not! Renato is fair and will always take your call or answer your messages in a timely manner.

After trying to get in touch with a few plumbers on Homestars unsuccessfully, Greg from Advanced Plumbing answered my request within a few minutes. Greg understood the urgency of my situation as the exterior pipe had a leak which was potentially going to lead to a larger problem. Greg gave me a price over the phone and sent George and Ian to my home within 2 hours, these guys were fantastic, they resolved the issue within 30 minute, they we’re very friendly and were detailed with in the diagnosis of the problem and how they were going to resolve it. Over the years I have been through few renovations and dealt with many trades but this has to be one of the best experiences I have had. I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing.

I had a great experience with Toronto Comfort Zone from start to finish. Sonny was extremely helpful when discussing all the potential options I had for my new gas fireplace. Sonny was able to visit my home and took all the necessary measurements within a few hours after we had spoken. The prices were excellent and everything was installed within 3 days of purchase. Keep up the good work!

What an amazing and professional experience. I had contacted several moving companies late one evening on Homestars and most did not respond till the next day. Thankfully, Devonte from Around Town Moving called me right away and was able to schedule a last minute pick up from my storage facility for the next day. I've worked with Alan from Allmax Home Inspections a few times over the last few years, most recently was last October when I had been looking to purchase an older home, I had already made an offer on the home but that was conditional upon inspection. I knew the home required some renovations but I knew Alan would uncover any real surprises! Alan was extremely thorough and was able to uncover many things that I would have never noticed such as asbestos in the attic and possible foundation and water issues. I have recommend Allmax to many of my friends in the past and they have been extremely happy with his services as well. Whenever I need another home inspection I know exactly who to call.

I originally found out about Baydoun Appliances through Homestars and if I had not had the opportunity to work with Mark I would have had some major setbacks with my renovation project. I had purchased thousands of dollars in high end floor models which I thought would have had all the necessary parts...what I received was quite the opposite. Customer service for this particular appliance company would not return calls or emails. Thankfully Mark came to the rescue, he was able to source the necessary parts in a very short period of time, and he also provided me with some valuable lessons when purchasing floor model appliances. Mark was also able to make me a stainless steel vent cover and exhaust at a reasonable price as well. Mark always made himself available for me even though he is extremely busy. He would return my phone calls within the hour if I had any concerns. I will only use Baydoun Appliances for any of my future projects and I have recommended Mark to my friends and family.

I called many different companies to get quotes on polished cement for my basement and Unique Touch Concrete design.com was much less then anyone else. I noticed that there were two companies by the name of unique touch concrete design on the internet but I was very satisfied with Uniquetouchconcretedesign.com. Tony Ferreira who is one of the owners of the company was on site everyday with his employees bright and early making sure that everything was being done probably. My basement floor had a few holes and it was not levelled properly, Tony only found out after the fact because he had only seen it before the vinyl was removed. Tony was generous enough to fix it at no extra cost. I will only recommend Uniquetouchconcretedesign.com to my friends and family.

Zak was extremely helpful during this difficult time this past July 2013 when many Canadians were affected by floods. Most companies were making promises in terms of wait time,but none actually came through. Zak managed to fit me into his busy schedule, and started work right away. I have since recommended him to several other people who were extremely happy with his remediation services. I wouldn't even consider calling another company! Zak was available 24/7 if I had any questions or concerns. Highly recommended!!!!!

After a heavy down pour in early September I noticed some water in my basement. I realized that I needed to clean my eaves ASAP, after speaking with my neighbours they all seemed to recommend one company which happened to be Maple Window and Eaves Cleaning. I spoke with a gentleman by the name Yitzie who was very concerned about my situation and knew that it had to resolved in a timely manner. Within an hour two cleaners were at my home. Thats what I call service! Now at least I know who to call if I want my eaves cleaned,They also gave me a quote on new soffit and fascia and there price seemed very reaosnable.
