The former homeowners of our house had never bothered to install the dishwasher and water line on the fridge. We contacted several appliance contractors who shied away from the job because it did not seem like there were existing connections or that it was a simple job when we described it over the phone. When we contacted Baydoun appliances they were confident they could help as and at a very reasonable price. The gentleman who came to our home was very helpful and knowledgeable. He efficiently responded to any obstacles and had our dishwasher and water line installed promptly. I would highly recommend Baydoun Appliances.

The broiler on my gas range would not ignite.
After a couple visits, Robby management to fix the unit.
When I went to use it for the first time after a few weeks, it would not ignite again.
I phoned Mark and he came over a few days later. He replaced the igniter at no charge, standing by his 3 month warranty.
I would use Baydoun again and recommend them to others.

Mark came to install my new dishwasher and remove my old one. He was very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. The price was great and he did a good job. My only minor issue would be he was a bit too fast because he left some old nails in instead of taking them out (there was a useless piece of plywood underneath the counter that was in the way he pulled out). Regardless I would use him again, I'd just ask maybe ask for the first appointment of the day instead of the last one so he wasn't so rushed.

I needed to have an old dishwasher and old clothes washer removed and new ones installed. Responses from Mark to emails were brief and prompt. He and Rabi showed up for the work on time and took precautions to keep the work area as clean as possible. They were polite and friendly and the work was done professionally and for the quoted price (which was lower than others had quoted). Excellent service and good value. What more could you ask?

Back in September (read my review) I called Mark for the first time for my OTR Microwave installation. That time also I was impressed with his service. He had to come twice due to faulty unit. But he didn’t charge me anything. This time around, I had a bigger job lined up for him. In my new house, I had all built in appliances and all high end stuff. Even though, I had full confident in him, I was little nervous. BUT, Take my work, Mark knows his stuff. I had Sirius Hood Fan and Built in Microwave/Own Combo along with cooktop with grill burner. All were done in a flash!!! Again, my kitchen guy made a mistake cutting the hole in cabinet. Mark was happy to come by again for free. Thanks Mark for providing us the great service. Now, anytime I have to deal with appliances I know whom to trust …….

I like these guys...Baydoun is first I call now for small repairs...the microwave was a real problem...combo oven and microwave...they got the part (was expensive) and fixed it...took two of them to lift the oven unit out...and then fix. good job

Used Homestars to find a reputable appliance repair and chose Baydoun based on the good reviews. The technician showed-up on time and replaced the motherboard (apparently a common problem with this model). He certainly knew his stuff and did a good job. I would highly recommend this company.

Discovered Baydoun through HomeStars. We had Mark in to install our dishwasher and a few weeks later back to install our over the range Microwave/vent. The microwave required a little extra work in terms of modifying a cabinet to use as a mount. We thought Mark did a good job and would reach out to him for any future services.

I needed to have a new dishwasher installed and I chose Baydoun after some Googling and reading reviews here on Homestars. I phoned them up and Mark, the owner, was able to fit me in the next day in the late afternoon.

Everything went smoothly and the installation was finished in under an hour. He even removed the old soldered copper pipe that had supplied the water to my old dishwasher and replaced it with a new ball valve and braided hose.

Exactly as advertised on their website, he charged me $95 for the installation, including all labor and parts. I would highly recommend him to anybody I know.

We purchased a new house, and performed extensive renovations. As part of this, we purchased and required the install of:
- Cloths Washer
- Cloths Drier
- Dishwasher
- Counter-depth fridge
- Built-in Microwave-Oven combo
- "Pro" gas range
- "Pro" vent and chimney

The appliances were purchased from Tasco, who wanted a few hundered more to perform the installation. I'm sure that Tasco sub-contracts the work, and basically I'll have no way to vet the workers.

I turned to homestars, and I was pleased that another installer on Homestars was honest enough to turn down the job stating that it's too big.

Mark provided his quote, and after completion of my research we agreed on a date for the work.

On the installation date, most appliances were installed 'easily', but Mark had to draw on his years of experience and expertise to install the hood. As it turns out, the Sirius Hood was rather heavy, and the supplied anchors would not hold it to our wall (as the joists were off from the install space. Mark worked around this beautiful by installing a metallic piece to the studs, and the vent to the metal piece. All in all, this was the MOST difficult task of the install.

At this time however the chimney had not yet arrived, and Mark said he would come back when it arrives to install the chimney portion.

Upon arrival of chimney, it was observed that the way to hang the chimney required more space at top than we had available. Mark pulled his guys back, and told me he would personally come to install it. And he did. A clean job, which completed the kitchen.

In the end, in my opinion, Mark is worth every penny. His work is clearly top-notch, and he is true to his word when it comes to what he charges (exactly per the quote, despite all the "gotcha's" along the way.

I'm sure I won't need it, but it's also great to know that Mark warranties his work, so if anything does go wrong, he's a phone call away.

The only area of improvement I would suggest is that (because of his busy schedule) Mark can be a bit hard to get a hold of (directly), but again, I was never in a state of 'panic' when it comes to Mark's work (in specific HIS work).
