we had a squealing sound when the washer was agitating so we called right away. Mark responded right away and we made an appointment for the next day. Great prompt service!

My dryer started making some awful noises. It was seven years old and never caused problems before. So I checked Homestars, found a high review of Baydoun Appliances and called them. They called me back within 10 minutes and were booked to come out the next day. He knew immediately what the problem was when I described the noise and gave me a very accurate quote on the phone. They showed up on time and fixed the problem (as well as a few other issues that were not aware of). I would highly recommend this company for their service.

For the price and dealing with a very old broken dishwasher the service couldn't have been beat. They even took it away for a very small fee. They service the downtown core too!

I needed service to a Bosch dishwasher & Maytag dryer. Appointment booked for 2 days after my enquiry, Peter, the service man called to say he was on his way & arrived promptly. I've never had that happen before!Service was quick, friendly & reasonably priced. I highly recommend this repair service.

Great service, on time and curtious, called first to say that he was 1/2hr away, Peter arrived, did some troubleshooting to figure out the problem and had the part and tools required in his van to fix it. Highly recommend their service!

Main board in fridge died, which I understand is a common problem with GE. Called company and was promised a repairman within the hour. Peter arrived within the hour, promptly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The repairman immediately identified the problem. Cleaned out a filter jammed with coins and lint. On testing his work the repairman was not satisfied eventually removing and cleaning a dime stuck in the pump. Great work!

It took Baydoun Appliances 2 seconds to figure out what was wrong with my fridge. They quickly ordered the necessary part and and brought it back within 20 minutes. It then took only another 15 minutes to fix the fridge. They were very fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Baydoun to anyone.

I have been dealing with Mark of Baydoun Appliances for a few years now, and his expert service is always honest and fast. Lately, I purchased a dishwasher and Mark was able to get me a lower price than the stores and also gave me a great installtion price. I have recommended his services to all my clients too.

I had called to ask for a quote and was speechless when the CSR said they'd be there in an hour. Repairman came, tried to fix the problem, identified that a previous technician had screwed me over and so he needed more time to replace the compressor. Rescheduled and proceeded to fix the problem, on a Sunday no less! He was professional, pleasant and got the job done. i didn't get charged for the time spent the previous day since he just deducted it from my charge. I was super impressed. So much that i had to write a review. he didn't try to give me his personal cell phone or complain about how the company is making all the money or any of the typical repairman tricks. It was such a good experience i'm waiting for the fridge to stop working so i'll know that it was really too good to be true. Strong work!!!
