Representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything and went out of his way to fix a problem that had been looked at and fixed by another company when we moved into our house.

The service technician -Dan Chambers was very professional and provided three recommendations on ways to reduce the utilization of
electricity and propane for this winter and future years.He was very polite and friendly and clearly explained the operation of the HVAC system to

We have been using Service Experts for maintenance of our air conditioner and furnace for over 14 years. Their employees are always courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them.

This is a week-end home that we use occasionally. When we turned up in November, the heat was off. We called Service Experts for a tech to have a look. Heat exchanger was fractured, so a new furnace was the best choice. We were leaving for the States in
3 days, so not enough time to get an install. Toby helped set up a replacement while we were gone; perfect job, we didn't even know anyone had come. Nice and warm when we returned. Excellent staff, super clean and tidy, did what they said, when they said.

Very professional in all areas - from administration; to an informative presentation; to installation to following up a year later (quick installation; clean; courteous; professional - Best company employees!). Service Expert was the only company who came in and measured the square footage of our house before recommending a furnace and we had several quotes.
