The service technician -Dan Chambers was very professional and provided three recommendations on ways to reduce the utilization of electricity and propane for this winter and future years.He was very polite and friendly and clearly explained the operation of the HVAC system to us and provided advice on means to improve its operation in the future. As a result of his awesome knowledge and experience in heating/cooling systems, we have agreed to a two service agreement for our principal residence in Erinsville and also will provide your company the opportunity to provide the maintenance services for the gas furnace and air conditioner for our second residence in Kingston. Please ensure that Dan Chambers is recognized for his high quality work and knowledge and that your company has increased their client base by four service contracts for the future years.
