Hardwood Giant

We were impressed with the price and sales. However, it was downhill once we put 30% deposit down. We told the salesman we were in a hurry & he promised the measuring guy would book the appt in a day or two, the stock was available, it would be a 2-3 day job. No call for a week. I started calling the store & no one would answer - I was redirected to a voicemail with no option to leave a message. Finally, after 2 weeks I got a hold of the salesman & he apologized & said I would definitely get a call. Two days later, I booked the appt for proper measuring of my floors. The guy never showed up nor phoned he couldn't make it! Tried calling the store but no luck. I went to the store the next day, same salesman pitch, apologized, & rebooked. Again - no one showed up! I called my credit card company and am disputing the transaction. Hopefully, I'll get my money back. Don't waste your time or money. Very unprofessional & don't follow through on their promises!
