City Wide Roofing

We had a leak last year and City Wide Roofing fixed the whole two sides of the garage roof, they fixed flawless design from before as well. They were professional and went above and beyond. They were recommended by my general contractor who has used them many times. They came as advertised!

One day, suddenly I had water dripping into my home. I called CityWide and the after negotiations, they were there the next day. They had ripped off the existing roof, and put a brand new one on in 2 days. Beautiful job! Professionalism was perfect in every way, and I'll call them again should the need arise, in a heartbeat.

On this occasion, it was to raccoon-proof the sides of the garage roof and to redo the shed roof beside it, which was old and constantly leaked. Did both jobs, and re-covered the garage roof as well. Guaranteed the work for 10 years, told me it would last for 20 and I have no reason to doubt that.

Job completed 5 years ago. low price within reasonable range of other quotes. 10 yr guarantee on labor and materials. Seemed fine enough.
Shingles blew off near the peak of the roof. Called City wide to ask about repair. No call back despite several messages left. This went on over about a week. Gave up and called another company. repair man shows photos of roof demonstrating no underlayment and nails in wrong places, and not enough nails. I was told to expect more shingles to blow off soon. Still no response from citywide. What good is a warrantee if no call back when trouble comes.

I noticed a leak in the basement of my home so I searched online for a hopefully good roofing company to come inspect the problem and came across City Wide Roofing. I left a message and Aaron called me back and set up a time to come look at it. Aaron came that day thankfully because the small leak was in actuality a much bigger issue than I thought. Aaron and his crew came back the following day to begin repairs on my home. They started every morning at 9:00 am sharp. All of the crew members conducted themselves in a professional way and were all very polite and pleasant. As far as the repairs themselves I was extremely impressed with Aaron's knowledge and experience. The repairs were completed as discussed and when everything was completed I was walked through in detail exactly what had been done and was given pictures of before and after. I couldn't be happier with the way City Wide handled our house. I feel comfortable to refer them to anyone who is need of a quality roofing company. Thank you so much City Wide
