i have been trying all week to get my refrigerator repaired. Called Trensglobal after no reply on an email. Telephone service said they would try to get someone out that afternoon. No call, no tech appeared. Called the next morning and they said a tech would call. Yes, he called and came out that afternoon. Part needed to be ordered and would probably be there Thur. The next day I received an automated call that said the part would be available on Friday and the tech would contact me for a time. No call. On Friday I called the 1-800 number again and they said I needed to have called before and now no one is available until Monday. I asked if I cld pick up the part myself. Nope, not allowed.
The tech said call him if I had any issues. Oh, oops. No direct phone number. I emailed again and waited 2 hrs - no reply. One more email - surprise, no reply.
This is not a service company. It doesn't care about customers. I am about a hair away from canceling this and waiting 1more day for another company to do this repair. Very annoying
