Karq Renovations

I hired Karq Renovation (Danny) to renovate my entire investment property including Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Kitchen, Laminate job.

Danny brought unlicensed handymen to do the job, first my basement bathroom leaked and destroyed newly installed laminate floor, we had electrical problem after that and worse is the frozen drainage pipes.

His handymen did not dig below freezing line and laid the pipe on the ground, it has been frozen since December and once toilet is flushed, water goes to the bathtub. We now have to spend thousands on excavation to fix the problem.

Danny and his tradesmen will not answer your phone, will not response to your text messages or email...... good luck to others

They came in and were asked to sand and paint the window trims(new)which they did not do well, slopped white trim paint all over the carpet and walls. Then they were to paint the trim, doors and all the walls in the house. They got globs of paint in various places on the carpeting and these won't come off. They damaged pictures, cleaned their brushes in the bathroom sinks instead of the utility room, just went ahead and threw their drop sheets in the dryer without asking, used my ladders as they only brought 1. They did not fill in many holes from curtain rods that needed to be filled in but just painted over them. I was getting shutters and therefore needed these to be filled in and now have to do it myself and repaint. They damaged other furniture with scratches and spraying paint residue on them. I had to ask several times to get certain jobs done and in the end not one room was completely finished after days of painting with several workers, who were obviously inexperienced. I would not recommend them for any job....very sloppy and unprofessional.
