I needed a new furance service and quotes were great. Matt and Iannik did a great job even went the extra mile and fixed my humidifier for me. Worked very efficiently and cleaned up. Very pleased

Kevin & Drew were both very polite, extremely knowledgable and efficient. Less than 6 hours and they replaced furnace & Water heater and added AC plus explained instructions and routine maintenance. They both accomodated our questions and went above and beyond to help us fix a unrelated problem. I highly recommend Kevin and Drew. Thanks Jamie for making the arrangements so quickly.

At first we almost cancelled our services due to our sales person. But Warren the sales manager smoothed everything over and restored our faith back in this company. matt and iannik were on time. they were both true pros.they didn't take any shortcuts.couldnt ask for better job.their teamwork doing the install was amazing. when they finished the job they made sure everthing was completely cleaned up. After seeing the job Kevin and Drew did for my neighbor, i contacted Jamie Wall, and got an estimate.
Kevin Attwater, and Ben Wight came, and did my install. And again, did an outstanding job. Extremely happy with the professionalism, and the quality of work. It is nice to see that there are still a few companies, and more technicians that take pride in quality, and workmanship.
I will definitley be recommending Reliance, Kevin, Drew, and Ben to anyone i know, that is in need of a furnace, air conditioner or water heater.

Had an inspection done on our furnace which in under warranty. We found the service representative, Nathan McLellan to be very thorough and he left us with information on options we might want to consider for future warranty inspections. Very pleasant and courteous employee.

Do not use Reliance the Furnace Company. I bought my furnace and air conditioner through Costco who subcontract to The Furnace a Company. While installing the air conditioner they started a house fire. They did not want the fire department called or insurance. Wanted to install siding which would be a close match. Missed 4 appointments after I had to initiate an insurance claim to fix $10000 in damages. Missed 4 appointments to complete install of ac after fire, ignored many emails and calls. Refuse to pay customer good will credit that was promised. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

very good service ,on time .I am very pleased .Also there call center is doing a lousy job . We asked if they could do a power change over,and was tolled no we are a furnace company .To bad i did not know i was talking to a call center .Would be nice to talk to the store in Edmonton ,and not down east .
