Canadian Solar Energy Solutions

I contracted with Canadian Solar Energy Solutions on June 14 with promised delivery date of end of August. As of septembre 15, I still haven't heard from the company. Although I tryied to reach by phone many times they never pick the phone, there is a message that the user telephone has shut is telephone or is out of battery. This is outragous.

We are another one of his victims. Still no communication and still no doors and windows. We paid June 2 and no communication thus far. Do a google search of Charles Soberano fraud and there is something that comes up from a few years ago. Sounds like the same person. Associated to Bedrock Windows & Doors and has 7 counts of fraud. Maybe we should all file fraud cases against this person.

Agree with the other reviewer, worst customer service I have ever, ever dealt with. Order was placed Apr 16th with a promise to deliver 3-4 weeks later. After MANY calls, we still don't have windows. Finally (August 16) Charles showed with 1 door and HALF installed it!!! They were suppsed to come back the next day with the rest of the windows - but we are STILL waiting! And he asked for more money, so we are out $4000!!!

HORRID COMPANY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. GET AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agree with the other reviewer, worst customer service I have ever ever dealt with. Order was placed Apr 9th with a promise to deliver 3 weeks later, after a few phone calls from me because they don't communicate at all, the window was finally installed on JUNE 13, wow was that a long 3 weeks. Ok the installers were supposed to be there at 8am, they showed at 10am (again no communication). They needed wood from me to prevent the trailer from rolling. There are scratches on the door handle, there was no lock for the screen door, but they were kind enough to drop it in my mailbox 2 days later after they finally picked up there trailer. Only good thing is I havent paid the balance yet and I won't until the scratches are fixed and the lock is installed!! HORRID COMPANY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I have 2 words for anyone looking at this company..STAY AWAY!!! Charles(salesman/owner/manager) will tell you anything that you want to hear in order to get you to sign a contract. My mother fell for this. She was spending over $6000 on windows that were promised to her to be installed on May 13th, Charles did the measuring himself, and told her that she could pay on Visa. With little to no notice they were a no show. This was after Charles coming back asking for more money because it was a rush order(3 weeks from ordering to install), To make a long storey short here we are June 8th, they have been working since last Wed(they dont do weekends- but tell you Friday they will see you bright and early in the am, but then call at 5PM to say they arent coming), and after looking at the window last night, it looks like another 2 day min before they are done. Ladder was left up to the second floor window, for 2 days-including the night- how safe is that?? garbage left in driveway for the past week(Charles was to take that on the weekend). Dings in the wall arounfd the windows, paint all chipped, tiles broken. And the best part was, that after Charles measured the first time, he came and measured again when he asked for more money, and NONE of the windows fit right, and the kitchen window which was to be a awning window is now in the bathroom, as it came frosted and the bathroom window a tilt slider which was to be frosted, wasent so it is in the kitchen. The night mare from hell!!!!! Will it ever end? so PLEASE take my advise. STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY!! this company needs to be put out of business. Oh yah in the end they DONT take visa, even when they tell you they will.
