Fantastic experience with the crew from New Look, installing three windows and one door at my home. The installers, Peter and Vlad, were extremely professional, competent and efficient. The installation looks great and there was absolutely no mess left behind. The price was also more than fair.

I would definitely hire New Look for any additional window/door work in the future.

They delivered and installed on time. Oleg, the installer was also very knowledgeable and his work is impeccable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We needed 11 windows replaced in our older 3 storey house in the Annex. We wanted an experienced company and interviewed several contractors. Eddy from New Look took time to fully understand our needs. He planned the job very carefully with attention to all the details, including preservation of some original stained glass and window framework. He met with our co-owners to ensure they were in agreement and explained to all of us the potential risks to our house. When the day for installation came, there were no surprises. The installation crew (two men) were very skilled and efficient, completed the job in just one day. They cleaned up all the debris. The windows are beautiful!

Fantastic experience working with New Look Windows and Doors. Eddy was very helpful and responsive when organizing the job and made several trips to the house to answer all of our questions. The installation team did an incredible job, including cutting out a cinderblock and brick wall to allow for the installation of the door. They ensured that there was as little dust and disturbance to the interior of the house, and the finishes are top notch. We will definitely be contacting them again for any future projects and we highly recommend them.
