John Takla came first thing this morning and did an amazing job tuning up our fire place. The night before there had been a gas odor and the Enbridge folks turned off the unit and suggest I call in for a tune up. Sunday night I am on the phone booking my appointment for the next day. John showed up and did a full tune up. From the first call to the end of the appointment professional service. I have used Mersey for many years and would refer them to anyone.

We have been with Mersey for many years and was very happy to have found Mr. Zhou to comes to service our Furnace and A/C twice a year. He is very thorough and meticulous and always does an excellent job. He is also very knowledgeable in regards to all the questions that we ask and gives us peace of mind. We are very glad he is able to return every year to service our furnace and A/C. Thank you Mr. Zhou for the excellent service you always provide!

George was very thorough and meticulous this year just as he was last year. I was glad he returned. Did and excellent job and answered all my questions. Got my furnace and fireplace ready for the coming winter. Maya (my dog) even remembered him from last year.

The technician who completed the servicing on the Air Conditioner, did an excellent job. It is not his fault that the condensate pump needed to be replaced after only 3 years.

Dave examined the air conditioner and told us the motor was gone. He gave me a price and checked to see if he could get a replacement. He did find one and was able to install the motor the same day. Thank you Dave you were very efficient and helpful in this matter.

David arrived on time, and was pleasant and professional from the moment he stepped inside. He is incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC, Mersey product and services, and was able to answer all my my questions with ease. As usually the Service Tech went about his work without any issues. In fact I think the furnace area was much cleaner when he finished. He washed off the AC condenser and it looked great. Finally as always he did inform me of any parts to be replace via the warranty. Great Work!
