Yearly Furnace and AC Maintenance

As usually the Service Tech went about his work without any issues. In fact I think the furnace area was much cleaner when he finished. He washed off the AC condenser and it looked great. Finally as always he did inform me of any parts to be replace via the warranty. Great Work!
