Serviceman (Cory Latino) was prompt, polite, efficient and explained the process as he worked. We just moved into a new (resale) house and he took the time to explain the unfamiliar equipment to me. We have used Mersey Service Experts for over 30 years and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

We called Mersey as a/c in the house we recently moved in was not blowing cold air. Technician John T. (employee #29) came to check the problem out on the weekend. The issue was more serious than we thought, but John laid out all the options well and helped us decide on what to do. Courteous, understanding and professional service with no sales pitch / up-sell. Would recommend for a/c service.

Great work as usual. We have Mercy come in 2 times a year and ask for Cody. He is professional and informative.

To whom it may concern. This letter is to inform you about the excellent work John Takla #29 is doing for your company. Back in May 2016, he was sent out to my home to diagnose a problem I was having with my air conditioner for long period of time.

I had other technicians check the unit but they did not find the problem. Upon Mr Takla arrival in less than two minutes, he diagnosed the problem which was later repaired.

This year 2017, when Mr Takla arrived at my home to do the yearly service on my air conditioner and furnace, I knew the job would be done correctly.

In my view, Mr Takla is a highly trained technician, knows what he has to do and performs the job effectively. He has a great disposition, pleasant and easy to correspond with. Explains any problems found in layman terms which is easy to understand. He makes the customer feel at ease which is very important.

I have been a customer of Mersey Heating and Air Conditioning for many years and will continue to do so if have a service technician like John Takla employed by your company.

Mersey technicians, Berlin and Anthony just finished the installation of my home Furnace and Air conditioner today. I was observing the whole installation process and I have to say that they did absolutely a great and amazing job. Berlin and Anthony were very professional, focused and had a great personality. The result was a perfect and immaculate installation I have ever seen. I had the option to go with lower cost but am happy that didn't chose this option. . I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a perfect Furnace and air conditioner job.
