To whom it may concern. This letter is to inform you about the excellent work John Takla #29 is doing for your company. Back in May 2016, he was sent out to my home to diagnose a problem I was having with my air conditioner for long period of time. I had other technicians check the unit but they did not find the problem. Upon Mr Takla arrival in less than two minutes, he diagnosed the problem which was later repaired. This year 2017, when Mr Takla arrived at my home to do the yearly service on my air conditioner and furnace, I knew the job would be done correctly. In my view, Mr Takla is a highly trained technician, knows what he has to do and performs the job effectively. He has a great disposition, pleasant and easy to correspond with. Explains any problems found in layman terms which is easy to understand. He makes the customer feel at ease which is very important. I have been a customer of Mersey Heating and Air Conditioning for many years and will continue to do so if have a service technician like John Takla employed by your company. Sincerely, Eugene Moley
