sales rep used no high pressure tactics, was patient, knowledgeable and helpful; installers were on time, thorough, friendly, showed pride of workmanship and respected my home by laying down mats and ensuring it was left exactly the same as when they arrived (plus the brand new equipment which is working out fantastically)

Had a Furnace and A/C installed on May 16/17 by Mersey Service Experts. Water constantly leaked into the drain from the Humidifier hose making an annoying noise.
Called Mersey and on May 25, 2017, John T. #29 showed up and at 72 years, learnt another thing about plumbing.
John pointed out my hot water tap was leaking through the overflow line into the drain.
Tightened the valve, problem solved.Thank you John.
Checked over the installation and departed. Ken.

I have used this company got 29 years abd ghey are great. Easy go book annual service, cheap extended warranties abd high skilled technicians.

They even call 20 minutes ahead to tell you if they are on time or delayed by traffic.

Technicians also explain exerting they do and it is in you printed copy.
