I have this plan to have my furnace and A/C serviced every year. Very good deal - office staff very helpful too. More importantly, the guys who showed up are thorough. This time (Oct. 03, 2017) it was Roy. He was punctual, polite and very thorough. He explained to me what needed to be done and WHY which I really appreciate.

There are radiators at my boyfriend's house. Mersey installed the boilers there a few years ago. We had some problem with one of the rads. (there is water in it, but the rad. did not warm up). Roy recommended that we call the boiler expert at Mersey. Long story short, your guy, Zhao, came this morning and hey presto - we are now ready for winter!

Annual Gas Boiler Maintenance

The service technician (J Park) was very thorough in testing and cleaning our gas boiler. He explained what he was doing as he did the testing and cleaning of the unit. He was also very courteous.

We had a sales person visit our home, I believe his name was Frank Lonero. He was extremely professional and quite pleasant to deal with. He explained everything to us in detail and setup the installation in a timely manner. This is the way a sales person should act when visiting a client's home. The person that installed our furnace was very nice and did very clean work. Our furnace is working perfecftly and we are completely satisfied with the service we have received. A++
