Emmanuel George from Mersey arrived on a Fri. Afternoon and checked a problem with leaking from one of the furnace pipes. He explained that he was prepared for service and might not have the equipment necessary for the repair. He checked his truck and found the parts needed. Although the job took longer than he initially thought, he was very patient and calm Throughout the whole repair. A very courteous gentleman!!!!

George was punctual, courteous, efficient and I think he did a good job. His explanations were clear and to the point. On a different point: I dislike the fact that to correct what I write here I have to delete with the BAckspace button rather than insert. Annoying. But George was good.

Dave was excellent. Apprised us of the savings for 3 year service payment and was helpful with scheduling advice.
Just wish the 4 hour window of wait time could be reduced and delay/arrival notifications given.

I contracted Mersey via Costco to install a new Furnace and A/C in our newly purchased home. From the very beginning the sales rep, Frank L, was thorough, professional and patient in assessing our home and answering my many questions.

From the moment we decided to proceed with Mersey, their service and care has been excellent. The installation of our new furnace and AC by Berlin and Anthony P was smooth and faultless. They were even kind and patient when my two little boys were running around, touching all of their tools and asking them lots of questions.

After installation, I was concerned about the air flow in the house, and Mersey promptly sent out a friendly and knowledgable service technician, John T (#29), to take a look. He spent time assessing the situation and not only did what he could to improve it, but also took the time to explain why this was happening (largely due to our lack of cold air returns) and suggested additional actions we could take to improve the situation. In a word, he was excellent.
