Cory went about his work and explained as he did what he was doing. He was very helpful in explaining how the newer model humidifiers worked and why they saved on water. Hopefully it will work for the better as he said for I ordered one.

Replaced capacitor on air conditioning unit restarted and reset of thermostat and tune-up of motor and cooling unit

We had our Annual Heating and Cooling service and we are happy with the work that was performed by George.
I wish we would get the same service person every yearand not every time somebody different.

After having a repair done several months ago, we called back Mersey to rectify the same problem again, John gave us the knowledge and expertise we were hoping for. He discovered things that were not properly done by the installer, not Mersey and with simple rectification will be making things more efficient. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. Having gone through rough summers of heat, we always depended on our air conditioner to relieve us. This past week we were hit with one of the hottest days on record for 5 days straight. Of course this was the time our air conditioner decided to fail. John happened to be taking a holiday and we didn't want the work done by anyone else. We struggled for a week without air conditioning and it was a challenge. After waiting a week, John and Pat came to the rescue. They were prompt, neat and thorough. We are very pleased with the service provided and John was a delight to have in our home. Replaced evaporator coil and installed a wireless thermostat. He took the time to explain our new thermostat and got everything up and running again. Tonight we will sleep with ease.

John T. Employee No. 29 was prompt, friendly and efficient. Our old thermostat was wearing out, and he installed a new one (non-programmable) which is just what we wanted. We would certainly welcome this service technician back to our home next year.
