We had a sales person visit our home, I believe his name was Frank Lonero. He was extremely professional and quite pleasant to deal with. He explained everything to us in detail and setup the installation in a timely manner. This is the way a sales person should act when visiting a client's home. The person that installed our furnace was very nice and did very clean work. Our furnace is working perfecftly and we are completely satisfied with the service we have received. A++
