I purchased this service Nov. 27, 2023, and was told to call for service on the AC unit the end of May which I did. When I called, I was informed that the service could not be done until August! I was annoyed and told then to cancel the service on May 30th. Since then, I have called 5 times for the refund and each time the operator said they would past the message to the billing department. I have not received one return call or the credit. This is very frustrating and discussed with the service!!

I had Dave from Mersey Heating and Air Conditioning perform my annual air conditioning maintenance. Dave is very knowledgeable, professional and very detailed at what he does. He is also very attentive to his customers and will educate and answer any concerns they may have. He has always arrived on time for his appointments which is very helpful. He really is top notch. Overall, I am very pleases with his service and I will be requesting him back for any future appointments.

My experience with Mersey was exceptional each step of the way. Arian and Gobin were professional , attentive and thorough in upgrading the air handler for my Central Air Conditioner. Gobin took the time to take me through the thermostat as well. I have dealt with many HVAC companies in the past 15 years and Mersey has been the best company I've dealt with. I will use them in the future for all my HVAC needs. Exceptional service and quality work!

Technician was friendly, courteous and competent. Whole experience from booking through to getting work done completely satisfactory. I have used Mersey for over 30 years and continue to be pleased.

Improper installation caused $5000 damage due to flooding in my home. They improperly installed the down spout from the unit into the eavestrough. After inspection they did not deem the installation to be faulty even though they did not follow the installation instructions. The downspout was supposed to be clear of obstructions.

Watch out for over charging! The technicians that come to your house are dishonest hustlers who will sell you replacement products with no price list. They offer discounts of a $100-$200 but really theyre over charging. We paid $6200 for a furnace and found out later it should have been $2800-$3200. Now they wont return our calls.

In January, I noticed that my furnace was not functioning properly and promptly contacted Mersey Heating, the installer of the furnace. A technician was dispatched to inspect the unit and informed me that a component needed replacement, which was fortunately covered under warranty. Despite the part being covered, I was charged a total of $593.25 for the service. The breakdown of charges listed on the receipt included a Diagnostic Fee of $169, a Level Repair Fee of $356, and HST of $68.25. It is worth noting that the entire process, from inspection to replacement, took approximately an hour and a half.

I find these charges exorbitant and unreasonable. I promptly reached out to the company via email to express my concerns about the pricing structure, but to my disappointment, I have yet to receive any response even after more than two weeks.

It is evident to me that Mersey prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Not only are their fees unjustifiable, but their disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. In response to this situation, I have taken the necessary steps to file a formal complaint with the appropriate regulatory bodies. It is my hope that this action will bring attention to the unjust practices and lack of accountability exhibited by this company.

In light of my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Mersey to anyone seeking furnace services. their high charges and neglect of customer feedback warrant 0 star rating in my opinion.I won't use Mersey again.
