Caused $5000 in water damage with improper Heat Pump installation
Improper installation caused $5000 damage due to flooding in my home. They improperly installed the down spout from the unit into the eavestrough. After inspection they did not deem the installation to be faulty even though they did not follow the installation instructions. The downspout was supposed to be clear of obstructions.
