Cory, the service technician was very helpful. He explained what he was doing to service my air conditioner and why. We discussed the age of my air conditioner and he recommended I should start thinking about replacing it soon. My little grandson loved the Mersey truck and Cory was very friendly with by grandson.

Mersey has been maintaining my furnace for over 30 years and I've always been satisfied with their work. This year, my furnace was serviced by Cory Latino, who did a great. Everything was explained to me regarding furnace filters and programming my thermostat.
