I purchased a chair through their online store and was told I would receive shipping details in aprox. 24hours, 4 days later I sent an inquiry email, no response.
I called the store and the person blatantly informed me that the online store is not good and often the inventory doesn’t exists. I was told a manager would call me. My purchase was refunded online, no k on e ever called me to apologize. And the online store will still let me buy the same product.
It’s 2022, if you plan to sell your products online figure out how to do it, or pay someone to manage your site, or just don’t.
A simple call to explain things would h e gone a long way, I was really excited for my new piece of furniture and am no completely let down, and zero compassion at all.
