I am totally unimpressed with the lack of customer service from this establishment. I paid in full for my furniture and told the product would come in 5-8 weeks. It is 12 weeks and I have contacted them several times and been told the product is delayed due not having the material to make the throw cushions and they could not start the couch. I told them to proceed with making the couch without the throw cushions. Weeks later still no couch and not even a call from them indicating what was happening. I will never purchase another item from them. Very poor service...never an apology..and still waiting for a couch!!!
