We made an appointment under Direct Energy's plumbing insurance to fix a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. Roy was very punctual and had an excellent work demeanor. He explained the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Marco Plumbing,

Very excited about finding a great plumbing company. We had a plumbing emergency fairly late on a Saturday night and they got someone to come to our house as soon as they were available. Roy was fantastic! He got the job done, explained what may have caused it, and how it could be prevented in the future. After dealing with a few other plumbing companies with everything from rude employees to not getting the job done properly the first time, we're happy to find Marco Plumbing!

Roy arrived at our house on Thursday evening, January 23rd. He called first to make sure I was at home and he said he would arrive in a half an hour and he arrived promptly. When he arrived I found him to be very personable, professional and very polite. He put on booties over his shoes. He explained what he had to do and he tried very hard to do his best. He did an excellent job. The only negative in the whole process was the long delay in actually getting a plumber to come. We called Direct Energy on Friday, January 17th. and were told that the first time available was Thursday (the 23rd). Roy told me that he got a call from Direct Energy around 5pm on January 23rd. He said he could have come earlier in the week but they didn't call him. He says this happens all the time with Direct Energy. They always call at the last moment. We had three toilets that needed servicel. He did everything efficiently. He replaced the parts in each toilet that needed replacing and they now all work as if they are new. I was extremely pleased with Roy and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Roy worked magic!!! He arrived the same day and was able to pinpoint the damaged pipe very quickly. There was minimal disruption to our decor - he was able to cut a reasonable hole in the drywall that will be able to be covered with a grate. The grate will let in warm air to help the freezing issue. He also explained how to insulate the area through the opening. He had an amazing sense of humour and kept us entertained. He instilled an sense of confidence in his expertise and was very professional about the project. The price was well below what we expected to pay for damage caused by a burst pipe. We were pleased to have our water back on in short order. Job well done, Roy. Thanks for everything.

Our kitchen sink and dishwasher backed up and water was slowly leaking all over the floor. We called AMarco at 7:00am and Ryan arrived before 8:00am. He worked diligently and efficiently to find the problem in a very short time. He was professional, polite and did a really great job...even cleaning up after he was done. Thanks Ryan. Ryan helped me out, very punctual and professional service. I actually wasn't charged because of a plan I'm on, but it would have costed about $200. Thanks guys. Highly recomend.
