We hired Lampert Renovations to remodel our 40 plus year old main upstairs bathroom and they did a great job! Lawrence Lampert had estimated that the job would take two weeks from start to finish and they were right on time. In fact they finished one day early. The entire project was simple. It helped that we were able to choose everything at their showroom. They had an extensive selection of plumbing fixtures, sinks, tubs and toilets, as well as floor and wall tiles, cabinets and paints so we didn’t have to run around shopping. The only piece missing was a light fixture. Lampert’s professional staff, Ihor and Junior, worked meticulously and efficiently. They were on time everyday and consulted with us every step of the way. They were clean, neat and respectful of our space and pleasant to have around. They used drop-sheets to cover all our floors, protecting the rest of the house. And they did a thorough clean-up at the end of every day. The electrician and roofer who they brought in for specialized work were also very careful and neat. We did run into one minor problem but the crew handled that without delay and without any extra stress or fuss for us. After we showered in our ensuite the morning after the old main bathroom had been stripped, we found water dripping through the ceiling into our main-floor powder room. Apparently, the drain pipe from both the second floor bathrooms was plugged and it had to be snaked out and cleared before they could continue the renovation. I called Lawrence about the problem and he called in Lampert’s plumbing division. They came immediately. They looked after the problem and the renovation continued without delay. Lamperts had installed an acrylic shower stall in our ensuite bathroom eight years ago during an earlier renovation when they were only a minor sub-contractor in a larger project. When he came to do the estimate for the main bathroom Lawrence looked at the ensuite as well. He said that they would remove and replace the old caulking around the shower while they were doing the job. He also offered to replace the existing noisy ceiling fan with a quieter, more efficient unit. He told us that they would repaint that ceiling as well. The fan was added to our cost but it works so much better clearing the moisture from the room and is so quiet we can hardly hear it. Now even the ensuite looks and feels better. We really appreciate the customer service and follow-up even that long after the original work, and for work they, Lamperts, had not even done the first time. Lawrence said he wanted us to be happy and we certainly are. We are very pleased with the outcome of our beautiful renovated main upstairs bathroom. This was the easiest and least stressful renovation we have ever undertaken. We would heartily recommend Lampert Renovations.

Roy arrived at our house on Thursday evening, January 23rd. He called first to make sure I was at home and he said he would arrive in a half an hour and he arrived promptly. When he arrived I found him to be very personable, professional and very polite. He put on booties over his shoes. He explained what he had to do and he tried very hard to do his best. He did an excellent job. The only negative in the whole process was the long delay in actually getting a plumber to come. We called Direct Energy on Friday, January 17th. and were told that the first time available was Thursday (the 23rd). Roy told me that he got a call from Direct Energy around 5pm on January 23rd. He said he could have come earlier in the week but they didn't call him. He says this happens all the time with Direct Energy. They always call at the last moment. We had three toilets that needed servicel. He did everything efficiently. He replaced the parts in each toilet that needed replacing and they now all work as if they are new. I was extremely pleased with Roy and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
