Roy was contracted by Direct Energy to find the source of water leaks in my family room/basement which occurred during the recent Ice Storm in Toronto. Due to the size and complexity of the building structure it took Roy some time to find the sources of the leaks. But find them he did. The main source was a leaking fridge line.The service call was free as I have a comprehensive service contract with Direct Energy. However, Roy indicated that I would need to replace the fridge line (not covered by Direct Energy) and gave me a quote on the spot. He suggested I wait a week to test his diagnosis of the leak source. I booked a service call a week later. Roy first confirmed that the Fridge line was the source (there was water on the floor behind the fridge) and then completed the fridge line change as promised at that time. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I found Roy to be very professional and personable in his approach. He offered good advice on other potential areas that could be sources of future leaks. For example, he suggested that the masterbedroom ensuite shower stall caulking needed to be replaced. He also suggested how to go about finding drywall experts to repair the family room and basement ceilings. I would have no hesitation in recommending Roy to one of my friends or neighbours if they were experiencing plumbing problems.

We recently had a plumber from A Marco Plumbing by the name of Roy come out to our house to change the main water valve and shut-off. It was in bad disrepair with no way to shut off the water in case of an emergency. Roy did an excellent job replacing the valve and he even made a trip to the supply store to get the best copper fittings for the job. We now have a proper shut-off that will last the next 30 years thanks to him. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone who needs to-notch plumbing work done on their home.

Roy was friendly and knew what he was doing. Not only did he solve the problem quickly, but he also showed me what type of plunger I should own and demonstrated how to use it effectively so, in his words, I "might not have to call a plumber next time". Because he made a helpful suggestion that wasn't directly in his own best interest, now I feel I have found a company in my new neighbourhood that I can trust with any future projects that might come up. Very pleased with the service team of Gary and Ryan. Price was up front and job was done quickly. Both Gary and Ryan were friendly and professional. Gave me a tip on why I may be having low water pressure in the washing machine. I followed up on it and pressure is back to normal. Would refer this company to others.

The plumbers were sent via Direct Energy to my home and they arrived on time as per the window of time I was given by the Customer service representative at Direct Energy. Ryan and Gary are the names of the plumbers and they were very courteous and helpful as they assessed the pipe and determined what was the the problem, and they both fixed it and explained to me what had occurred. They didn't charge for the service as they said it was fixed in a minimal time frame. These are two of the most ethical service providers I have ever encountered. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

We had a leak above our hot water tank. Ryan and Gary were very professional and efficient while they quickly found the problem and got to the bottom of it. Great team and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Inspite of being a 3rd party through direct energy, the tecnician was curtious and knowledgeable. Roy did a perfect job, was on time for the appointment and what was expected to be a time consumng job was done pretty fast.
