Right from the no pressure sales approach to the polite, professional, informative installation team this renovation has been an enjoyable experience. The house was left in a clean. The installation of not only the windows but the aluminum capping was meticulously completed. I highly recommend this company.

just installed today but so far I am very pleased, job however is not complete so hopefully that will all get finished in a timely matter. The two guys that did the work were very friendly & helpful with any questions I had. They did a great job!

Last spring we installed all new windows throughout our house and now when our patio garden doors needed replacement, it was easy to phone and arrange the job. The same installer by the name of Darryl came and installed the doors. His work is of the top quality, done quickly and he finishes the job by cleaning his work site. We will recommend Northern Comfort Windows and Doors to our friends and in doing so, tell them to specifically request that Darryl instal their purchase. His friendly attitude and ability definitely make him a valuable asset to the company.

We previously had all the windows in our house replaced by Northern Comfort and we were so happy with them we just recently had them come back and install a large sliding patio door and a screen door. Their salesman Greg Flowers was wonderful to deal with and the installers were very courteous and helpful. Thanks for doing a great job.

Northern was exceptional from the start of the process identifying what we needed, understanding our budget and then a flawless, neat and professional installation. I have used Northern for our garage door replacement, patio door and now the third experience a full replacement of all windows. Would definitely recommend this professional organization.

Team of Darryl/Rod/Jessie did work that was careful, professional,and excellent in every respect. They went beyond the job requirements, were very pleasant to deal with and left a clean work site. They even corrected hidden defects in old work done by others.

My wife and I were very stressed about making such a large purchase. We shopped around and the more vendors we spoke to the more stressed we became. Northern Comfort, specifically our sales rep Mark, made the whole process very easy and stress-free. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase. We are VERY happy with the end result. Our windows look fantastic. The install team was great too. Our windows were delivered on time, and the install team were very polite, clean, and fast. We paid a fair price for a superior product.

We only purchased windows for the front of our home, but are already planning to order the rest from Northern Comfort in the following year.
