Our window was old and needed replacement. Northern Comfort has provided the best service. I am happy with the purchase and would recommended this company to others as well. The experience was pleasant.

We had windows installed in our whole house last month and couldn't be happier!! From the salesman's initial visit to the very end was a very pleasant experience. Very knowledgable in the sales area as well as the installers! We are happy to know we can start enjoying lower bills due well insulated windows and a transferable lifetime warranty!!

Workers were professional and knew what they were doing. They worked two long days. Only issue was an error on the number of windows but they resolved it right away. I would recommend them.

The salesman came and measured for the windows and said installation would be in 4 weeks. They were installed 4 weeks later. The salesman, estimator and installers were all very professional. The installation was done quickly and the site was cleaned up immediately. This is our 3rd installation job by Northern Comfort and we are extremely pleased with product and workmanship. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a NorthStar sliding patio door with built in blinds. I couldn't be happier with the product and installation! The sales staff were very friendly and informative. The showroom was pretty cool. They have tons of products on display where you can easily see the differences between different levels of quality/price. The installers were just excellent. They did a great job. My door was perfectly installed, interior trim is better than before the work, exterior calked neatly, they cleaned up after, they took away all the refuse, and even offered me some advice about other windows on my home. The timeline on installation was even faster then the estimate they gave me. I recommend anyone looking for windows or doors in the Barrie area check these guys out. They're great.

We used Northern Comfort 3 years ago to do all the upstairs windows in our home. From consultation to installation they were professional and courteous. We had Northern Comfort replace pretty much every window in our home, and we couldn't ask for a better job! We got a couple quotes from different companies, and Northern Comfort was the best price wise and we liked the fact they were local. Our sales rep Greg Flowers walked us through the process, and the installers were professional from start to finish. The product itself is great, the indoor temperature by our kitchen window was up 2-3 degrees just a day after install. We would recommend them to anyone, and look forward to using them again when it comes to redoing our exterior doors!
