Northern Comfort Windows & Doors Ltd

From the first phone call to the completed project, all of the staff an Northern Comfort were courteous, and helpful. I noticed one issue when the door was being installed and pointed it out to the installation team who fixed the issue immediately. This is the second house that I've had this company install windows in, and would gladly use them again.

Everything was fine except we had to wait five weeks for a deadbolt to be keyed. Phone calls were not being returned. Always voicemail no live person to speak to.

We replaced 8 upstairs windows in our house and Northern Comfort did an excellent job. The Sales Consultant - Peter - was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, and the installers - Darryl, Rod and Jessie - were wonderful. We will definitely use them again!

Dave &John arrived 1/2 hr head of the scheduled time, they worked extremely well together answering my questions and cleaned up when they had completed the job. I love my new front door.

Reliable, courteous, professional, punctual, competent, caring - these are the words that come to mind when describing the salesman, the installers and the office staff at Northern Comfort. When it comes time to do my front windows they will be at the top of my list of providers.

We moved into a home that is 25 years old. The master bedroom, living room, both bathrooms, and a bay window in eh family room needed replacing since they were wood frame windows and rot had set in. The sales rep was quite knowledgeable and very friendly. The installation crew were prompt, friendly and courteous. The job was done quickly and the clean up was complete. We are very satisfied with the look of our new windows. A job well done at a price we were very happy with.

We had a great experience with Northern Comfort from the start with Barry as our sales rep. friendly and informative, he beat the competitors price with a quality product. The installation went really well, from site prep to install and cleanup, Darryl and team of Rod & Jessie worked hard and got the job done. All the windows and patio door were replaced, we are very pleased with the results.

After doing months of research and reading about windows, window manufactures and installers we narrowed our search down to three companies.
All three companies came to the house and showed us their product and gave us a price. Norther Comfort came with what we felt to be the best product and price.
We ended up going with Norther comfort, for several reasons. Mark our sales person was very nice, easy to talk to and was able to answer all of our many questions.
We went with the North Star windows and love them. They have been in the house for just over a month now. The windows have vastly improved the look of the house.
The guys that came to do the windows, Darryl and Rod did a very nice job. They actual blew me away with their care and detail. They covered everything in the house with plastic sheets and drop clothes. They took their shoes off every time they entered the house to work. The insulation, casing wood trim work and the caulking were all flawless. I like to go around and inspect their work as they are completing. I was not able to find one flaw. I have been a trades person for more then thirty years and have seen it all from good to bad. Darryl and Rod's work is good.
We had six windows replaced along with a sliding glass door. Our next big purchase will be a new front door, which we will insist Darryl and Rod install for use.

Northern Comfort was amazing to deal with from start to finish. They completed the job of installing 10 new windows and a new sliding door which included a cut out to enlarge the door to a 6 foot opening. Everyone we dealt with was very professional through the entire process. The installers were amazing to deal with, were very quick and cleaned up everything perfectly once the job was done. We would recommend Northern Comfort without hesitation!
