door was installed in good time by a good team. Door works very well. Is nice and quiet and secure. I am anxiously awaiting the time of year when I can use the built-in blinds.

Northern Comfort was recommended to me by a cousin and with all the competition out there I was curious to see whether or not they were a good choice. After quite a bit of research I can assure you that they were competitive and right in the middle of the pack in pricing. Their products were also very good quality. However, in terms of installation and customer service, Northern Comfort rose head and shoulders above the rest. This is the kind of personalized service that money can't buy, the "old fashioned values" in business that are slowly fading away that Northern Comfort embraces and exemplifies. I cannot tell you how seamless and easy the experience was from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone for an amazing window and door experience and will use them again for any window or door needs I have in the future.

From start to finish and final approval the members of Northern Comfort were well educated, thorough and provided excellent customer service! Even working around 2 toddlers and our dogs! Friendly service all the way! Will definitely use again for our doors! Highly recommended!!!! (we got quotes from 6 different companies!)

We were very impressed with the patio doors in the showroom We had the measuring completed, however the install revealed that the doors would not fit. Although the initial communication was poor, the company stepped up to the plate and paid the extra cost associated with the cost of custom doors. I am sure that was considerable There were some bumps in the installing of our new patio doors. However, are very happy with the quality of the doors and the professionalism of the company and their installers. We would absolutely use Northern Windows in the future.
