I had an excellent experience with Northern Comfort Windows & Doors LTD. They are truly professional, fast and friendly. I received a few quotes for my patio door installation and they were the best and the cheapest. I was changing a garden door to a patio door and most companies told me it would be custom so they wouldn't do it, NC said they would do it without a second thought. Highly recommended, quick installation, and very clean. Very happy with the service I received.

This company just completed a major windows & doors project in our home. The installers consisted of Crew Chief, Darryl and his two work colleagues, Jay and Jessie. All three were awesome and they provided services above and beyond the "call of duty". Darryl has a great sense of humour, diplomacy skills, is very professional and knows his trade very well. I was extremely satisfied from my initial phone call to inquire about their services. They came out quickly to give us an estimate and were very informative, providing different options. Darryl and Jay came to install our new door...they were fabulous! They took care of everything from covering the kitchen with tarps right to sweeping off our deck! They were quick to complete the job but yet made sure that every question I had was answered and everything was taken care of to perfection! Our new door is amazing!Most definitely will go back for any future renos!!!

Out of the people that came to quote, the salesperson was very knowledgable, polite and easy to work with. We are pleased with the quality of workmanship and the 6 windows installed. I wouild have ranked them higher but I felt it wasn't completed as best as possible, The installers left debris around, didn't clean the windows and sills. If they had, they would have noticed that one of the windows was scratched. I called the company and they had replaced the insert, with no hassel. They also followed up with some other minor issues I had, although one small mark wasn't really fixable on the aluminum cladding - and I didn't want them to replace the whole unit. Overall, I'm please with the quality of windows supplied, but like when spending any kind of money, like on a car, you don't want to spend two hours cleaning after just getting it.

Wow. What more can be said. From initial meeting to measuring and recommending different solutions for replacing all the windows in our home, approx. 38 of them, to scheduling the install and having a crew that was phenomenal. The guys were great, on time, more than just doing their job, they were really hard workers. Darryl, Jessie and Jay worked tirelessly. Truly professional in both their work and their manners. I wish I had more windows to get done so I could deal with the company again.

My impression of northern comfort is that here is a company that really cares about its customers. This was evident through each part of the process form ordering, to scheduling, to the final install. Our salesman, Grant Williams explained our many options and helped with the choices. He even came by the day of the install to see that everything was fine. Our two installers, Rod and Keelyn arrived right on the time that was specified. Friendly and courteous, they answered any questions and explained all the features and operation of the windows They covered everything up inside and vacuumed up afterwards. There was nothing left inside or out to show that they had been here. Very professional and excellent work. would definitely recommend them and this company to anyone looking for replacement windows. we would certainly use them again when we need additional windows. It was really nice to find such a professional company and employees that truly showed the utmost in customer service.
