We had 4 basement windows( 2 custom egress) and all 4 new window wells replaced and we are very pleased with all aspects of this job. The crew were amazing and did not stop until the job was complete. They were polite, neat and worked very hard both inside and out. David who we originally dealt with via email and Albert who came over to give us our estimate were truly professional and a pleasure to deal with and kept us up to date regarding installation. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I highly recommend them .

I had all 14 windows and the sliding patio door replaced on my house. The windows and door all arrived in a timely manner (approx. 6 weeks). The installation was all done in one day and the installation team did a very good job. There was an issue with the patio door (spots in between the panes of glass) which I reported to Albert and he said he would have the manufacturer follow up. Vista Patio Doors (manufacturer) contacted me and had the door replaced in a week. Very happy with the service! I would definitely recommend Direct Windows, Albert and his installation team are good at what they do!

Kosta dropped by same day to provide a quote. This is unheard of in this industry. He was able to provide a quote on the spot for the custom sized window and schedule an install date. He knew his stuff too.
Three weeks later Alex and Alex came by and completed the job quickly and efficiently and very professionally in 5h including all the digging by hand removal and disposal. The installed window operates buttery smooth.

We had our windows replaced and from the very beginning everything went great. Quick to respond, efficient, and hard working. Our windows look fantastic. We couldn't be happier! 100% recommend.

I needed a cut out in a second story wall to install a new door and window. Egress Windows were at par with another company for the lowest quote, but Egress took the time to come and see the site, and was most keen to get the job, so I gave it to them. I did not regret it. They came sooner than expected; and right away, the team of 3 men got to work like a well-oiled machine. They rolled a red runner (like a red carpet :)) all the way from my front entrance to the upstairs, set up the scaffold, and precisely cut the wall to exact measurements. They rebuilt the brick wall where needed, and installed the door and window. It all took about 8 hours, and when they were finished, everything was left clean and tidy. I certainly recommend them.

We needed to put egress windows in our basement for safety and to add more natural light into the rooms we wanted to use. We also needed to replace an old sliding glass door. Albert took time to listen to what we were hoping to accomplish with the windows and suggested other things that we didn't know we needed to consider. As a result, I feel like we made a well informed choice. I consulted other companies and those companies didn't seem as knowledgeable about egress windows. I did some price shopping and Egress Windows Experts estimates were right in line with the others. The windows were delivered in the time frame that we had been promised. The team showed up to install the windows on the date/time they said they would and finished the work in the time they promised. There were no additional costs beyond what was initially provided in the estimate. It has only been a few weeks but the installation work looks great and we haven't experienced any issues with the function of the windows and sliding glass door. I would certainly use this company again in the future.
