Being retired I was beside myself when I thought I had a mold problem in my recently built cabin. My grandson loves spending time there and I definitely wouldn’t want to jeopardize his or my health. I contacted a well known restoration company and was told by the project manager that it was extremely toxic black mold. When I asked if he would take a sample to test exactly what type of mold he said “no that would be a conflict of interest.” I was baffled, as it just didn’t make sense.
